Orson Scott Card

Born in 1951 in Richmond, Washington, Orson Scott Card is best known for the Nebula and Hugo award-winning novels Ender's Game and Speaker for the Dead, and is the only American author to have won both of American science fiction's most prestigious awards in consecutive years.
